Our first flagship product was the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS). This ‘product’ was designed to manage and add ‘intelligence’ to Menara TM, which currently houses TM’s Head Office. The objective of the IBMS solution was to overcome the challenges and problems in high level and large scale integration of intelligence and automation for buildings.
The technology provides seamless “single window” for security systems, access control to buildings, fire extinguisher systems, operation and maintenance systems, utilization of facilities, office automation, and real-time as well as historical data from all subsystems.
