TM Innovation Centre is the name given to our new building in Cyberjaya. The name reflects the spirit and aspiration of TMR&D to lead the technology drive in IT and communication industry. Apart from providing an environment that is conducive for conducting and expanding research activities, TM Innovation Centre is also expected to offer the space that spurs and enhances creativity of TMR&D’s researchers. This is the basic imperative to innovations that TMR&D is striving for to provide a perfect foil for the demanding markets. The state-of-the-art facilities of TM Innovation Centre are also anticipated to be an avenue for TMR&D employees to enhance professionalism and strengthen relations in both R&D and commercialization. We believe such are a pre-requisite to be a leading and innovative R&D organization.

Beneath the facade of TM Innovation Centre, is an assimilation of interior-exterior design flexibilities. Such flexibilities suit the research environment that is required by TMR&D staff in the quest to become the leading R&D organization in the region.

With a total build up area of 19,616.8 square meters the new building is expected to accommodate up to 500 staff. There will be 16 Labs, 40 Rooms, 1 Board Room, 1 Conference Room and 14 Discussion Rooms at this new building.

As a saying goes, “All work but no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Thus, TM Innovation Centre does not disregard the needs of TMR&D employees to engage in healthy activities. For the benefit of the staff, 2 gymnasiums, for men and ladies, a football field and jogging tracks are part of the features of the innovation centre. The centre will also house recreational facilities that include enough space for pool tables and jamming session to unwind after each hectic day.
