Among others, eligible employees of TMR&D are entitled to benefit from the SIL (Skim Ijazah Lanjutan) Program, a great opportunity rewarded to employees to pursue part-time post-graduate studies (MSc or PhD) at partnering local universities while doing researches in respective research areas. Through SIL, all required study fees are sponsored fully by TMR&D.
