Title Triple Play Services
Overview

Triple Play has been hailed as a way of managing churn and increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). However, the provisioning of all three services over a single platform with sufficient QoS to meet consumer demand poses difficulty for many operators. Content delivery and management has also added a new challenge to the current environment whereby the entire role of the operator is being redefined. From infrastructural capabilities and network requirements, to providing appealing content offerings to meet consumer demand, telcos have to weigh up investment versus return when assessing new offerings. Ultimately, a sound business case is key to the Triple Play strategy. This Triple Play Services seminar highlights the core technical, content and business case models guiding the evolution of Triple Play throughout the industry.
