Overview:

 

Linux has been gaining popularity in the embedded system areas such as customer electronic (mobile phone, PDA), networking (router), telecommunication, and aerospace. Linux operation system has been chosen due to its stability, modularity, flexibility, extensibility, and cost. This course explained how to design and develop an embedded Linux system to take advantages of Linux can offers compare to other proprietary operating system. This programme also provide practical hand on Linux embedded network programming for beginners as first a first step to develop new network applications, to maintain existing code (adding, running, etc), or for people who simply want to understand how the embedded programming is done in Linux.
