We are extremely excited to announce that TM R&D has been selected as a finalist for TM Forum’s Excellence Awards 2020.
TM R&D was recognised in the Beyond Connectivity and AI, Data & Analytics Categories for its Smart Water Integrated Management System (SWIMS) and Intelligent Network Diagnostic & Expert Advisory System for Service Desk (IDEAS+) respectively. Winners will be announced during the Digital Transformation World in October 2020.
TM Forum’s Excellence Awards recognises the world’s leading companies for their innovative achievements spanning digital transformation, business and IT agility, customer centricity, cross-industry partnering and collaboration, and product and service innovation.
